Classes
-Scholar’s Analyst subclass has been renamed to Tactician.
-Naturalist has been added as a new class, along with its subclasses, Stoneshaper, Druid, and Primalist!
Skills
Scholar
Planned Attack’s cooldown has been increased from 3 rounds to 4 rounds.
Battle Tactic’s numbers have been adjusted. Defensive tactic now provides mitigation, rather than only defense.
Tactician
Competent’s bonus score now applies directly to the Scholar’s Competency stat, rather than only to Competency checks.
Replicate Results now grants bonus damage, mitigation, or efficacy depending on the action used by the target, rather than accuracy, and now functions on enemies if no ally is present.
Analysis has been renamed to Field Analysis.
Visimorph
Great Fairy Mask: Fairy’s Blessing has had a typo corrected (heal should read 15% of max, not 5% of max), as well as its cooldown increased from 5 rounds to 7 rounds.
Remedy has received a cooldown increase from 5 rounds to 6 rounds.
Stalfos Mask: Cleave’s cooldown has been increased from 2 rounds to 3 rounds.
The Hylian’s Mask: The Hylian may no longer critically strike on a counterattack from Stalk.
Priest
All Priest skills have been buffed!
Warlock
All Warlock spells have been buffed!
Stoneshaper
Stoneshaper skills for Tier 3 and Tier 3.5 have been added.
Kishu Shinobi
Throwing Needles’ description has been updated to clarify the number of hits. The skill hits 4 times, not 16.
Items
Skull Mask: Curse trigger chance reduced to 30%.
Spooky Mask: Silence trigger chance reduced to 30%.
The Player-Unique items Eating People is Wrong, Lover’s Brooch, The Hylian’s Mask, and Ilum’s Magic Flask have been added.
Feats
-Ruthless’ execution percentage is now based on the strength of the enemy combatant:
Epic/Boss/Miniboss: 1% of Max hp.
Enemy Player: 2% of Max hp.
Strong Enemy: 3% of Max hp.
Standard Enemy: 5% of Max hp.
Weak Enemy: 8% of Max hp.
-Off-Hand Mastery is no longer automatically active, and each hit applies additional effects as normal.
-Two-Hand Mastery is no longer active by default, and players must state when they want to use it, like OHM.
-Buffer and Hexer now reduce their respective Cooldowns by 1 Round instead of 1 Turn.
-Lesser Familiar now provides +15% acc to all familiars.
Mechanics
-Stealth has received a rework. A Perception Check may now be made in order to detect a Stealthed target. This check does not take up your full action, and you may still perform an action normally on your round, even if the Perception check fails. See Advanced Combat Information for details.
-Critical success (rolling a 1) has received a rework. All attacks now succeed automatically if a 1 is rolled. See Advanced Combat Information for details.
-Freeze now halves the target’s Competency as well. Prior to this, Competency checks functioned nonsensically on immobile targets (ie Sneak and Stealth).
-Daze now reduces Accuracy by 20%, down from 35%.
-Trip now reduces Accuracy by 20%, down from 35%.
-Enrage now reduces Accuracy by 40%, down from 70%.
-All burns and bleeds now last 3 turns unless otherwise stated.
-All poisons now last 5 turns unless otherwise stated.
Shops
-The Enchantment Shop has received some changes:
1. Frost Enchantment no longer can Freeze. Instead, Frost weapons have a chance to cause a frostbite DoT.
2. Electricity Enchantment has had its Shock value and duration reduced.
3. Light Enchantment has had its Daze chance reduced.
4. Spirit Enchantment has been added. Enchanting a weapon with Spirit grants the user a chance to heal some HP on every attack!
-Beedle’s Shopship will no longer roll most boss loot.
-Added Tier 5 Armory and Weapon Shop
-Added Rune Distillation Facility
General
-Several items and skills have had their cooldowns adjusted to display Rounds instead of Turns.
-Added a “Consumed Items” profile field in order to display items consumed by players that provide permanent stat increases or buffs (Pieces of Heart, Power Gems, etc).
-All player HP has been reevaluated and corrected if improper.
In-Progress Mechanics
-Critical heals and critical CC are being developed.
-An Achievement system is in the works!
-Guild customization is in progress.
-Several items are receiving an update or rework.
-Feats will be looked over for balancing purposes.
