Tier 3:
Levels 20-24
Skill, Pet:
Reap Soul: When a target dies, the Reaper may force its spirit to fight for him/her for 3 actions. The fallen target retains its stats but gains the Reaper’s buffs, and is converted into a Ghost type. The pet is controlled by the Reaper, and attacks on the Reaper’s turn. This effect cannot trigger on a Miniboss, Boss, or Epic mob, and may only trigger once every 10 rounds after the pet expires.
Special Grid Rules: On a Grid, the target must be within 5 squares (25 ft) of the player in order to have its soul reaped.

Skill, Buff:
Ravager’s Blade: For the next 2 of the Reaper’s attacks, the Reaper gains damage bonus equal to 15% of his/her Attack stat. After the second attack, the Reaper converts all modifiable damage dealt by him/herself into a heal. The heal amount can be divided evenly across the entire group, or transferred entirely to a single player. 8 round cooldown after the effect expires.

Levels 25-29
Skill, Passive, Buff:
Vengeful Soul: For every 20% of maximum health missing from the Reaper, the Reaper gains +5% of their Attack in damage bonus. In addition, if the Reaper falls below 50% of maximum hp, they gain an additional 20% chance to make a bonus attack on every successful attack against an enemy that deals 50% of their Attack stat as unmodifiable Arcane damage. This effect is passive.
In addition, this skill may be activated at the instant cost of 10% of the Reaper’s maximum hp. When activated, the benefits of this skill will be applied to the entire allied group for 4 rounds. 10 round cooldown.

Skill:
Bloody Hex: The Reaper slashes at a target, passing standard accuracy, dealing standard damage, and causing them to bleed for 50% of their modifiable Attack as damage over 3 turns. While bleeding, the target is treated as being both Vulnerable and Sundered. At the end of the bleed, the target is Hexed for 2 rounds. 7 round cooldown.
