First of all, a reposting of patch notes by SpookyPatrol from the "new" forum. Some involve data that has not yet been reinstated here, or some that was lost during the 'de-migration'.
As of 3.31.2016
General:
-The Speed stat has been added.
-Weapon Range Information has been added. See this thread.
Races:
-Subrosian has been added to the Race list.
Classes:
-Medium has been added to the class list, along with its subclasses Soulshrieve, Eidolon, and Reaper!
Skills:
-All of Visimorph's current masks have had Grid Rules added to them.
-All classes will have Grid Rules added in soon!

Skills (General):

Skill Changes:
Magician:
Escape Artist no longer grants immunity to roots and traps. Instead, Escape Artist grants a 50% resistance to these effects.
-Reveal no longer grants a passive Stealth ignore. Instead, Reveal may be activated in order to grant a 60% chance to detect an invisible enemy, trap, or platform on a 5 round cooldown.
Scholar:
-Forgery has been bundled in with Linguistic Specialist. Now, all Scholars may forge documents in any language that they know.
-In place of Forgery, Scholars may now pick the Clever Combat skill! Clever Combat allows a Scholar to use their Competency stat in place of their Attack score when calculating damage.
Warlock:
-Warlocks no longer have the Dark Shroud ability.
-In Dark Shroud's place, Warlocks have now gained the Poison Spear skill, which allows them to fire a Poison Shard in either single target or AoE with different effects.
-Unholy Ground has gotten a full rework. The skill now deals a DoT AoE as Shadow damage that deals more damage to immobilized foe, and no longer has Friendly Fire.
-Bolt of Pestilence now properly displays that it deals the Disease condition.
Archer:
-Archer's Bow-only restriction has been lifted! Archers may now perform their ranged skills using any ranged weapon instead of only a bow.
-Archer skills have been renamed (Arrow has been replaced by Bolt) to reflect this lifted restriction.
Guardian:
-Stalwart no longer grants passive immunity to knockbacks and staggers. Instead, Guardians passively have 50% resistance towards these forms of CC. Stalwart's activation has been reduced to a 2 round duration, with a 7 round cooldown.
Paladin:
-Divine Aura no longer grants passive Fear immunity. Instead, Paladins now have a 70% chance to resist Fear. Divine Aura's activation has been reduced to a 2 round duration with a 7 round cooldown.
As of 11.26.2018
General:
-The rations system has been added. To supplement this, more ingredient items have been added, as well as a 'shop' to use them and a mini-game to gather them outside of roleplay and rewards.
-Monster looting has been added, including new treasure items and monster loot pieces that will serve as ingredients and sellable items.
-The 'Dungeoneering 101' guide has been reinstated, including new resting rules.
-Beedle's shop has been set to rotate every friday.
-The Alacrity buff has undergone a large rework, including a 1-per turn rule and a 30% debuff to accuracy if used on a subsequent turn.
Skills:
-Marksman skills for tiers 3 and 3.5 have been added.
-Wrestler skills for tier 3.5 have been added.
-Ruffian and Monk skills for tiers 3 and 3.5 have been added.
-Demolitionist and Robotocist skills for tiers 3 and 3.5 have been added.
-Teisatsu Shinobi skills for tiers 3 and 3.5 have been added.
- Kancho Shinobi and Kishu Shinobi skills for tiers 3, 3.5 and 4 have been added.
To Do:
-Review the 'Getting Started' guide for thoroughness and transparency for newcomers, as well as including links to new guides such as 'Dungeoneering 101'.
-Create guides similar to 'Dungeoneering 101' for other aspects of DnD, namely Roleplays, Bosses and Minibosses, and PvPs.
-Create a 'DnD Dictionary' to give all players transparent access to all buffs, CCs, functions, etc.
-Review the Shinobi Class for balancing.
-Create an open-source item list.
-Develop new items, focusing on armour and weapon progression
-Review recipes in the Potion Shop, and add new tiers of potions with greater abilities for higher level players.
-Create new skills for currently unused subclasses.
-Review backup file to find any more missing data from 'de-migration'.
-Continue developing new site.
