Roc's Cape | Allows the wearer to glide across gaps. When activated, causes the wearer to enter the Airborne status for up to 2 rounds. At any time while Airborne, the wearer may perform a divebomb, granting them bonus accuracy and bonus critical chance equal to 10% of their Attack or Competency (whichever is higher)+10% on their next attack, skill, or item use. Mantle of Twilight | +20% Shadow Resistance. The wearer may activate this cloak to blink a short distance using powers of Twilight, dissipating into a collection of angular particles before reappearing a short distance away. The disorienting blink grants the user 30% evasion for 1 Round, and on their next action they may attempt to perform a Surprise Attack. Mighty Darknut Cape | Grants +10% of Def as damage bonus. The wearer may activate this cloak to prepare a brutal strike, dealing 20% bonus damage on their next hit plus granting a 30% chance to apply a secondary effect depending on the damage type of their primary weapon: Slashing: Vulnerability for 1 Round. Piercing: Sunder for 2 Rounds. Impact: Cripple for 2 Rounds. 6 round cooldown. | 33 Force Gems | |
Leaf Cloak | A cloak worn by the Skull Kids of the Lost Woods. Grants +10% to the efficacy of songs (if applicable) and +5% evasion. This evasion bonus is doubled when in a heavily-forested area... or if the user can find a nice patch of flowers or grass. Unfortunately, foliage is quite flammable, and the user suffers a passive -10% fire resistance when wearing this cloak. The user may activate this cloak to summon a temporary Puppet which will relentlessly chase after a target of their choice. The eerie Puppet Distracts the target, causing the Puppet to be targeted instead. The Puppet cannot attack and will be destroyed in one hit, however, no one except for the target can attack the Puppet, and the Puppet has a 50% chance of dodging any incoming attacks. The Distract condition persists on the enemy until the Puppet is destroyed, or until 2 rounds have passed. 7 round cooldown after the Distract ends. | 33 Force Gems | |
Poe's Cloak | +20% Arcane resistance. Halves the proc chance of Fear, Curse, Jinx, and Hex on the user, and doubles the chance of proccing those effects on an enemy. Activating this cloak grants 50% lifesteal on the user's next attack, and the user may perform any regular action on the same turn they activate the cloak. 6 round cooldown. | 33 Force Gems | |
Soldier's Cloak | +5% Mitigation. Halves the duration of any Physical CCs applied to the wearer. The user may activate the cloak to take on a defensive stance, increasing the Mitigation bonus to 20%, making them immune to Physical CC, and allowing them to Taunt a single target for 1 Round. Sacrificial Dagger | Piercing; Arcane. The user slashes with the dagger for standard Competency or Attack damage (whichever is higher) as hybrid piercing/arcane damage. This attack inherits both spell bonuses and physical bonuses. This attack has a 50% chance to lifesteal from the target for 50% of the damage dealt. If this dagger lands a killing blow, the lifesteal chance is instead increased to 100%, and heals back for 100% of the damage dealt. In addition, the user may choose to sacrifice up to 20% of their maximum HP to increase the accuracy of the attack and damage dealt by this attack by 4x the percent sacrificed (i.e., if 20% of max HP is sacrificed, this attack deals 80% bonus damage and has 80% bonus accuracy). The accuracy may not overcap if increased in this way, and the attack cannot proc lifesteal from this weapon if used this way, but may still proc lifesteal from external sources. 6 Round cooldown. | 40 Force Gems | |
Dark Mirror | Summons a temporary ally based on the user's Alignment: Each doppelganger attacks with either Attack or Competency, depending on which stat is higher. In addition, each doppelganger has access to all of the user's Class and Secondary Class skills, and the user may command the doppelganger to use any skill of choice, even if the skill is on cooldown. The doppelganger may only use two skills before it is dismissed. If the doppelganger is used to activate a buff, the buff has halved duration (min 1 Round).

Horse Whistle | Summons a horse based on the user's primary/highest stat. All mounts increase the rider's movement speed by 4, and grant the user 50% tenacity and 10% evasion while riding. The horses can be ridden into one enemy that is considered large size or smaller, dealing 30% damage to large enemies, 40% of the user's damage to standard sized enemies, and 50% damage to small enemies, as a bonus action. In addition, each horse grants a special active skill, which can only be used once per summon:
Freezing, stunning, or immobilizing the user forces him/her off of the mount. If the horse is still summoned after the user is cleared of his/her conditions, he/she automatically remounts the horse unless he/she chooses not to do so.
