Skill, Buff:
Rousing Lyric: The Troubadour plays a rousing tune that instantly clears all mental-based CC from all allies (fear, taunt, hypnotize, mesmerize, silence, charm, confusion, distract, enrage), and grants them a 5% accuracy boost on their next attack. This boost is increased by 5% for every mental CC that was cleared from the target. 5 round cooldown.

Aria of Resonance: The Troubadour envelops his/her allies in a magical field, allowing them to reflect 20% of the damage taken back to their attackers for 3 rounds. 7 round cooldown after the effect expires.

Fortunate Frottola: The Troubadour inspires a single ally with good-fortune, granting them a bonus equal to 40% of the Troubadour’s Competency score as bonus Critical Application rate to their next action. This boost applies to all valid components of the player’s action.
(Ie: If the Troubadour has 70 Competency, the target ally is granted 28% bonus crit chance, crit healing chance, crit-status chance, and crit-cc chance.)
This skill may be used on the Troubadour him/herself, and will apply to the Troubadour’s next action, but goes on cooldown immediately.
6 round cooldown.

Luminous Lieder: The Troubadour instantly Illuminates a single target for 2 Rounds. While Illuminated, all allies perform automatic Detect checks against the target if they fail their initial accuracy roll, allowing them to reroll accuracy based on their new Detect chance. This skill does not need to pass accuracy in order to Illuminate the target, provided that the target is targetable.
(Ie: A Stealthed target must be Detected out of Stealth before this skill will work.)
