Levels 20-24
Skill:
Stealthy Surprise: The Kishu Shinobi has a passive 20% damage buff for all attacks that break stealth. This bonus is applied after all other mods.
Rupee Cost: 300
Skill; Ranged:
Throwing Needles: The Shinobi throws a handful of needles, giving them 4 chances to hit. All hits deal 50% damage and gain a bonus 10% chance to apply CC or Status conditions. The first hit strikes 1 target of choice, and the final 3 hits strike random targets. The same target may be hit a maximum of two times by this skill. These hits may be modified. In addition, this attack counts as a ranged attack, ignoring any melee penalties, if valid. Does not stack with OHM. 4 round cooldown.

Skill:
Deadly Counter: Quick to retaliate, the Shinobi has a passive 30% chance to counter a hit and return 50% of the incoming damage. This counter does not need to pass an accuracy check, but is modifiable by enemy damage reduction. The type of damage returned is equivalent to the Shinobi’s basic attack, rather than the damage type of the attacker. (Ie if countering a fire attack, the counterattack counts as physical damage unless the Shinobi’s weapon is enchanted.)

Skill:
Precise Jab: The Kishu strikes a known weak spot, gaining a 30% bonus chance to crit and 10% bonus accuracy. If striking an enemy that has been struck critically by the Shinobi before, the accuracy bonus is doubled. 5 round cooldown.

Skill:
Merciless Blade: The Shinobi ruthlessly strikes a target, dealing 50% bonus damage, after mods, against a target under the effects of crowd control. This attack must still pass accuracy, but counts as a basic attack, applying any standard modifications as well as the 30% output bonus. 4 round cooldown.
Rupee Cost: 400
Skill:
Followthrough: If the Kishu misses a hit, they have a 40% chance to hit another random target for 50% unmodded damage. This second attack must still pass accuracy. This effect is passive.
