Here you will find recommendations for Guild layouts, as well as tips for managing a new guild. There will also be information on the three different guild types (Power, Wisdom, Courage) so that you can make the best decision when creating or joining a guild!
Guild Types
Din's Power
Guilds that follow Din's Power gain a +20 permanent bonus to their Guild's Attack Stat.
Nayru's Wisdom
Guilds that follow Nayru's Wisdom gain a +20 permanent bonus to their Guild's Defense Stat.
Farore's Courage
Guilds that follow Farore's Courage gain a +10 permanent bonus to both their Guild's Attack and Defense stats.
Guild Recommended Layout
It is recommended that Guilds display the following information on their homepage (the main post for the Guild):
-A description of the guild.
-The guild type (Power, Wisdom, Courage); although this will be implied by the forum the guild is posted in, it's good to have the type displayed to avoid mix ups or improper placement.
-Guild stats
-The guild treasury
-Guild Upgrades (Armaments, Fortifications, etc)
-Guild members (tiered by Leader(s), Council members, and regular members)
Any additional information is also welcome; these are just recommendations so that everything about your guild is made clear! (It makes life hell for staff if your guild information is not orderly when it comes to calculating guild war outcomes.)
Creating a Guild
It is recommended that when you create a guild you display all of the above information clearly. Please note that if your guild is in a state of war, you must display the war state *clearly* in the guild's main post. (Recommended bolded and centered text.) See this page for more details on Guild Combat: dungeons-n-darknuts.proboards.com/thread/2/guild-combat
When creating a guild, you must first come up with a guild name. After that, the rest is up to making purchases towards the guild and guild membership. Any guild activities are up to the guild members and leaders! Feel free to host guild-only contests, have conversations, or make decisions about who to attack next; whatever you'd like!
All guilds start with 1,000 rupees in their treasury. Rupees that are in the treasury can ONLY be used ON THE GUILD. You may NOT distribute rupees among members! However, guild members are welcome to donate their own rupees to their guild by contacting a staff member in order to make the transaction!
Rupees can be spent purchasing Fortifications, Armaments, or other equipment for your guild. Doing this will give your guild bonuses to stats, which will help the guild in seizing victory in combat!
Guild leaders may choose any additional rules for their guild. For example, if they wish to only allow one racial type or one class type into their guild, it is their prerogative to do so!
*Note, please do not give your guild an inappropriate name. Thanks. >:3
Happy guild-ing!
