Several SCs have been updated/added, more grid rules have been implemented, and some items have been tweaked. There have also been some adjustments to existing classes, and bosses/minibosses will be receiving a change soon!
Grid Rules:
Grid Rules have been added to all Visimorph, Scholar, Tactician, Sorcerer, Battlemage, Warlock, and Warmage skills/spells!
Battlemage:
Scorching Detonation has received an adjustment: it now deals greater damage to a primary target and has a 100% chance to Singe (or Char on a crit) the primary target. To balance, its bonus accuracy has been slightly reduced.
Chaotic Blade has had effects added for Coldfire, Wind, Acid, and Blast damage.
In addition, the following new skills have been added for Tier 5:
Thunderclap
Frigidfire Aura
Warmage:
The following new skills have been added:
Tier 4.5:
Souldrain
Death's Approach
Tier 5:
Frost Scythe
Baleful Hex
Nacreous Dagger: Now deals standard adaptive damage (Atk or Comp, whichever is higher) on its initial hit and DoTs.
Prismatic Lantern: Now deals standard adaptive damage (Atk or Comp, whichever is higher) on its initial hit and DoTs.
Dark Hood: Dark Hood now grants +10% bonus Stealth. Its cooldown has also been corrected to 6 rounds after the effect ends instead of a flat 6 rounds.
Red Mail: Red Mail's Mitigation now increases by 5% every Odd Tier.
Iron Boots: Iron Boots' Defense bonus has been increased, and its Sneak penalty and movespeed penalty have been decreased.
Singe/Char: Blast damage now deals bonus damage to Singed/Charred enemies.
Frozen: Clarification made: If the burn status condition was already applied to a target before it is Frozen, or if the burned status condition is applied from a non-Fire attack (i.e. Goron Bracelet), the target will not be thawed.
Damage Over Time Effects:
Coldburn: Coldburn has been added as a DoT for Coldfire damage.
Bosses and Minibosses will now have a chance to shake off negative conditions at the end of each round. The chance will be lower for Minibosses than for Bosses. The exact number has not been decided on, but it will strike a fair balance of making CC-based classes still very useful while preventing Bosses from being stunlocked and cheesed (as we've seen from experience!).
That's all for now!
